When for a wedding. Loved it. Want to come back for a family vacation
Splendid settings for a quiet moment of relaxation in this magnificent garden with 4 pools. Hotel rooms are very, very spacious, but no telephone, no tv but then again that's not what you miss here. Wifi is available , but I experienced some difficulty accessing a number of their routers. Staff is kind and very helpful. We had a good time celebrating St. Valentine's here in spite of the Covid-19 restrictions.
We had a PERFECT stay here. The grounds are well kept, the heated pool was great for our daughter, and the staff was attentive and helpful the entire time. Views from the property are amazing and the centro is only about a 10 min drive away. Rooms were particularly clean with comfortable beds and very good water pressure in the shower. We would definitely be back again.

Beautiful gardens, pools and outdoor spaces. Rooms are a bit of hit and miss. When all works they are fine though. And always upgrades and repairs. Much may have changed since April 2018.
El hotel esta increible para desconectar unos dias. La comida es deliciosa, el ambiente muy tranquilo. El servicio del personal es muy bueno, sobre todo de Marcos que hace de todo (meseros, botones, te guía, etc.) El único "pero" es que la alberca no esta climatizada y en invierno el agua es fría. Los niños no se pueden meter.
My gf (at the time) and I had to find a venue on very short notice for international guests- from Canada and Russia- to host our wedding. After getting a tip from my Mexican sister-in-law about this little town outside of Mexico City named Tepotzlan, I began my search thru Google. There are a number of nice place in town but the best feeling I got was after I spoke with Jonathan at Jardin- he promised to help us- and he did. We were able to have an amazing 3 night wedding- complete with traditional Indian functions, transportation from Mexico City and back, very fresh and tasty food (thanks to Chef and his whole team), wedding outside with a stunning natural mountain backdrop, and then a banging reception with dinner, drink, dancing and fireworks for our 40 guests. I can't thank Jonathan and the staff more- you did what you said you would my Friend!
